Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct telephonic counselling sessions with clients seeking counseling services.
2. Provide empathetic and effective support to clients, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
3. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent service delivery.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Skills Required:
1. Previous experience in tele-calling or counselling roles is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to handling sensitive issues.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
4. Proficient in relevant software tools for communication and documentation.
