Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Crafting and executing effective branding and marketing strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
2. Designing, developing, and driving global talent acquisition plans and strategies.
3. Identifying and engaging with prospective candidates, and converting them into potential partners.
4. Building and expanding your professional network through various networking portals, such as LinkedIn.
5. Cultivating and nurturing relationships with prospects through various means, including LinkedIn, emails, and cold calls.
6. Operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative work environment.
