Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Delivering Holistic Design thinking via consumer/sensory research and claims development in the handmade sector from global stories.
2. Co-developing hypotheses using data analysis and literature reviews.
3. Designing Consumer / business Sensory research to support claims and build insights
4. Deriving new insights coming from market trends analysis, e-commerce review and social commerce/ social media activities and them into insights and/or new product opportunities
5. Communicating results, and findings within and outside R&D to ensure that these land into innovation projects\ and compelling claims.
6. Strengthening the relationship and engagement with external agencies: consumer market research, journal papers, agencies, white papers, conference papers, sensory panel agencies and academia Interpretation of scientific data and turn these into insights and/or product opportunities. content/ blog.
7. Gathering, analysing, and reporting on sustainability initiatives from companies in similar industries.
8. Building models that can help improve sustainability performances of creative manufacturing businesses.
