3. Self-starter with an ability to get things done
4. Ability to build relationships, work in and manage teams.
5. Comfort with technology is a huge plus
6. Understanding of sourcing techniques and analytical database management.
7. Hands-on experience with Tech tools
8. Willingness to work in other domains
9. Ability to meet targets and goals.
