Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Choose a focus topic bi-weekly.
2. Facilitate coordination among different departments.
3. Oversee and analyse Instagram's outreach.
4. Seek fresh and relevant content ideas.
5. Organize team bonding initiatives.
6. Compile monthly departmental reports.
