Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling interviews, coordinating with interviewees and interviewers, and ensuring that all parties are informed of interview details such as time, location (if applicable), and format.
2.Preparing interview questions, conducting research on interviewees and their backgrounds, and gathering any necessary materials or resources for the interview process.
3. Sending follow-up emails or messages to interviewees, thanking them for their time, providing any additional information requested, and communicating next steps in the interview process.
Skills Required:
1. Able to work in flexible hours.
2. Strong personality.
3. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
