Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in drafting job descriptions for various positions.
2. Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
3. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
4. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers.
5. Assisting in conducting initial phone screenings or interviews.
6. Collecting feedback from employees and assisting in implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
