About the Company

Letters for Change is an initiative by Mahika Mishra Foundation - a non-profit organization. It is completely driven by students that work on creating opportunities for children to express their opinions and concerns. It strives to give an opportunity to children to write letters on issues they think can change their lives.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. You will conduct the orientation of newly hired interns and send them their offer letters immediately after.
2. You will update the google sheets when new interns join and any intern leaves.
3. You will keep a track of the tenure of all the interns to either extend their tenure or carry out the exit procedure timely upon completion.
4. You will send termination letters, certificates of completion, letters of appreciation and, letters of recommendation to interns at the end of their tenure.
5. You will regularly upload the letters and certificates to the drive.
6. You will make a list of interns at the end of month whose tenure is ending in next month.
