Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1. Working on Cold-Calling Interns and lining them up for Interviews.
2. ⁠Taking Initial Screening of these Interns and scheduling these as per their skillsets.
3. ⁠Training Interns as per the Kohli Company (Kohli Media LLP) code of conduct and tracking their progress.
4. ⁠Managing Existing Interns.
5. ⁠Working on Performance Analysis and Data Segregation.
6. ⁠Providing HR App-training.

Skills Required:

Basic Speaking skills and knowledge of spread sheet.
