Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Working on Cold-Calling Interns and lining them up for Interviews.
2. Taking Initial Screening of these Interns and scheduling these as per their skillsets.
3. Training Interns as per the Kohli Company (Kohli Media LLP) code of conduct and tracking their progress.
4. Managing Existing Interns.
5. Working on Performance Analysis and Data Segregation.
6. Providing HR App-training.
Skills Required:
Basic Speaking skills and knowledge of spread sheet.
