Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member and completing all allocated tasks.
2. Conducting desktop research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
3. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
4. Updating the internal database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
5. Screening resumes and application forms.
6. Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank account details.
7. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
8. Addressing employee queries about benefits. ( like the number of remaining vacations).
9. Participating in organizing company events and career days.
