Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
2. Coordinating with consulting firms for talent acquisition.
3. Screening resumes and application forms.
4. Initial Screening interviews for all shortlisted candidates.
5. Coordinating, scheduling, and confirming interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Preparing offer proposals and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
7. Coordinating new hire orientations.
8. Collating data and following up on data from different ROCs for combined HR reporting of
the region.
9. Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
10. Entering data, managing CSOD, maintaining and keeping it up to date
11. Assisting in the planning of company events, training programs, etc.
12. Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
13. HR Database updation and maintenance.
Skills Required:
