Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Developing and creating visually compelling concepts for various projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
2. Translating creative briefs and ideas into engaging visual designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
3. Developing design strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives to enhance brand identity and communication.
4. Providing recommendations for design approaches and techniques to achieve desired outcomes and optimize user engagement.
5. Analyzing and evaluate design trends across various industries and platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
6. Incorporating insights from design trend research into creative concepts and design strategies to maintain relevance and freshness.
7. Creating and produce a wide range of visual assets, including illustrations, infographics, logos, and other graphic elements.
8. Utilizing graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality visuals that effectively communicate key messages and concepts.
9. Conducting research on social media trends, platforms, and audience behaviors to inform content strategy and planning.
10. Developing visually appealing content for social media channels, including graphics, images, videos, and animations.
11. Collaborating with content writers to create engaging and shareable social media content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
12. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy in visual design efforts.
13. Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and make revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Skills Required:
1. Strong knowledge of Cinema 4D/3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects, and the Adobe Suite, Figma.
2. Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.
4. The ability to conceptualize and understand channel trends to develop strategies and hypotheses
5. The ability to effectively and efficiently work on motion and video projects and iterate in a timely and useful
manner that improves creative solutions
6. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, TikTok, Youtube, and connected TV on both paid and organic
platforms.
