Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Take in-person sessions with the school's students from low-income and under-resourced
classrooms in Delhi to teach the basics of personal finance across 5-6 sessions an hour long with the schools.
2.Curate the curriculum for the classes being taught, with the objective of inculcating analytical and critical thinking about personal finance.
3.Ideate and come up with innovative teaching methodologies to impart financial literacy to school students, dumbing down the concept suited to student's comprehension abilities.
4.Work closely with Teach For India Fellows to conduct the sessions smoothly and be in a constant feedback loop to improve each session using real-time classroom response.
5.Assist the initiative by taking various leadership roles for the smooth functioning of FLF like recruitment, marketing, etc.
Skills Required:
1. Elementary knowledge of personal finance.
2. Prior teaching experience preferred (at a family/community/organizational level).
