Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conducting thorough research to identify potential target audiences interested in career counseling services, understanding their
needs, preferences, and online behaviors.
2. Communicating with potential customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information to encourage them to consider career
counseling services.
3. Working closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms.
4. Gathering feedback from customers and analysing it to improve marketing strategies and enhancing the overall customer experience.
