Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Helping RHM acquire wholesalers or retailers who want to create a digitalbrand, increasing sales and reducing costs.
2. Working on multiple projects across a breadth of functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and Performance Management
3. Identifying issues, developing hypotheses, and executing in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and making recommendations to RHM leadership team based on your findings
4. At RHM, you will have the chance to lead mission-critical projects end to end from working on strategic planning and analysis, to presenting your recommendations to RHM’s leadership team and working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams on implementation.
5. Helping assess and defining the proper Sales and Success infrastructure to scale our efforts
6. Collaborating cross-functionally with our growth and Sales teams (pipelines,workflows, automations, quotas,
books, territories). Their objectives are your objectives.
7. Partnering with sales to develop our lead scoring model to optimise sales resources and conversion
8. Working with Lead Gen to optimise the whole funnel of Brand/ Small business acquisition
9. Working with Brand Success to ensure the highest LTV for our partners
10. Setting the metrics to measure channel effectiveness and optimise efforts to prioritise resources
11. Analysing data to track our efforts and manage dashboards/reports to track KPIs
12. Being responsible for segmenting our efforts: by country and / or category and / or whatever is relevant
13. Building an experimentation CRM roadmap with our growth team, providing the right message at the right time
14. Building digital presence for small businesses: Earning recurring revenue by building new Shopify stores/ wix, etc or migrating stores from other e-commerce platforms to Shopify
15. Setting up your clients with a trusted, customizable, and intuitive solution to run and grow their businesses
16. Solving merchant problems, Helping them earn more revenue: Helping them with,increase in revenue by using your design, development, or marketing skills to help these businesses grow. Help launch them on Google, Shopify, ebay, Rakuten, ETSY, Facebook, Amazon, Cratejoy, Depop. Helping them create simple website on Wix, square space etc.,
